Mmmm....penguin cake

Had great fun on Saturday with Chloe creating this cake for Beth for her birthday. Even though I am singing my own praises the cake, both tasted and looked pretty good. Love, love, love the chocolate butter icing!!! Not good for my New Year healthy eating plan but what the heck!!!!
